Louis Oscar Kohus was the first born child of Herbert Bernard Kohus Sr. and Mabel Julia Duncan. He was born on 27 Nov 1910 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He grew up in Cincinnati and enlisted in the U S Navy during WWII. Louis married Lillian M. Paston from Main. Together they raised a family of 9 children. He was a painter by trade. His last residence was in Hillsboro, Ohio. Louis Oscar Kohus died on 1 Feb 1994 at the Highland District Hospital in Hillsboro. Lillian (Paston) Kohus died on 24 Nov 1998. They are buried in Resthaven Memorial Cemetery, Hillsboro, Highland County, Ohio.
