Elias Brouse 1830-1908
Elias Brouse born 24 Mar 1830, in Ohio, was the son of William Brouse and Elisabeth Baughman. Elias married Elizabeth Doolittle 1828-1907. The Brouse family in America is a very old line dating to at least Michael Brouse 1755-1844, a soldier in the American Revolutionary War. Elias died in Wadsworth, Medina County, Ohio, on 9 Feb 1908. He is buried in Woodlawn Cemetery, Wadsworth, Medina County, Ohio. Elias' wife Elizabeth (Doolittle) Brouse died on 18 May 1907 and is buried in the same cemetery.
