Cecil Alvin Foor was born in Darke Co., Greenville Twp, Ohio, on 21 Aug 1908, the son of Solomon A. Foor 1877-*1930 and Mary Eliza Clouse 1882-1922. He married Grace Troutner on 8 Jan 1941. Cecil's mother Mary Eliza Clouse and Ada Elisabeth Clouse were sisters. Thomas F. Mihm pictured above, standing by Cecil, was the father of Ada's husband, Justice Elmer Mihm. Cecil Foor died on 8 May 1992. His last residence was Decatur, Adams Co., Indiana.
