Thomas Allen Hargis, Spirit Lake, Idaho
Thomas Allen Hargis was born 8 Jun 1904 in Rowan County, Kentucky. He was the son of William Norvel Hargis and Nancy Ethel Gearhart. Thomas was raised on a farm in Rowan County and later moved to Douglas County, Oregon where he ran a logging business. He and wife Ruth later moved to the state of Washington where he died in Newport, Pend Oreille County, Washington in December 1982.
