Eugenia E. (Hargis) Haney was the daughter of William Norvel Hargis and Nancy Ethel Gearhart. She was born 4 Aug 1894 in Rowan, Co., Kentucky. Eugenia married Willie Haney. They had a daughter Noveal Haney in Feb 1917. She married Willie sometime after 1910 and he died before 1920. Eugenia died Jul 1975 in Owingsville, Bath, Kentucky. She is buried in Brown Cemetery, Rowan County, Kentucky .
