Martha Ann Hamm was born on 24 Aug 1872 in Rowan Co., Kentucky. She was the daughter of James Simon Hamm 1849-1914 and Mary Elisabeth Johnson 1852-1919, and the older sister of Basil Hamm 1882-1967. She married Thomas Cooper, shown in the above photo. Martha died on 10 Jun 1937.
